The leadership coaching process brought to me the possibility to openly talk and discuss with an external professional about my current position in the company and communication abilities I wanted to develop. The process in general felt very positive and reassuring.
It allowed me to reflect on my wide role and how best to meet the challenges. It further gave me confidence and tools to give clearer messages to powerful groups and handle complicated situations. Our sessions gave me ideas about tackling very specific problems and I now face certain situations more confidently and providing me with skills to obtain a more effective outcome. As a result a number of relationships have already improved significantly, which is a direct positive impact.
