Isabel was selected in February 2012 to be the moderator of a group of eight senior business owners, which meets each month to work on personal development topics. Isabel also works with each of the group’s members on a one-on-one coaching basis.
The group recently reviewed the first year of Isabel’s performance, and the feedback was very positive – with particular note on the effectiveness of her bringing the group to greater depth of discussions, and in achieving a broadening of perspective. The group has decided to hire Isabel for another year – and would recommend her highly.
